A recreation complex with extensive possibilities – multiple camping cabins, hotel rooms, and an additional building with several extra rooms. In total, it can accommodate up to 175 people.

The complex is located on a ten-hectare area, suitable for hosting events with up to 1,500 participants – festivals, corporate parties, or sports games.

There are sports facilities available – football, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. A sauna, outdoor hot tub, spa facilities, spaces for trailers and tents, picnic areas, on-site catering, and table service – everything needed for guests to feel comfortable and fully enjoy their отдых.

The territory is enhanced by a beautiful lake with swimming areas, fishing opportunities, boat and pedal boat rentals, as well as various water attractions.

This is a property with huge potential – both for tourism development and for organizing large-scale events.

The base rental during the summer season generates €900 per day. A similar amount can be earned from catering services. Already at the end of last year, the entire active summer season of 2026 (2.5 months) was fully booked.
