The apartment has an entrance hall with sliding door to close off the large living/dining area if required, twin bedroom, family bathroom, fully fitted & equipped kitchen & large balcony. The monthly price includes water & electricity (to the combined amount of 100€ per month. If usage exceeds this amount, guests will be liable to pay the excess), cable tv & internet. Plus a private parking space & use of the communal swimming pool.
