The monthly price includes reasonable usage of water & electricity and cable tv, wifi & use of the resort facilities. This beautiful 5 bedroom linked villa sleeps up to 10 guests. The large living/dining area has ample space for guests to relax in front of the log burning salamandra in the cooler winter evenings & a large dining suite for family meals, prepared in the fully fitted & equipped kitchen. There are several balconies & a lovely green garden to take advantage of the winter sunshine with direct stair access to Vila Rosa Resort
