If a share is transferred to a new owner outside the company, the transferee must immediately notify the board, and the shareholders have the right to redeem the share under the following conditions: The redemption right does not apply to transfers based on inheritance, wills, marital rights, spousal rights, and mergers. Disputes regarding the redemption right and the amount of the redemption price must be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (46/28). This clause must be noted in share certificates, the share register, any interim certificates provided, and the share issuance ticket. |
