The redemption price is the agreed-upon price between the transferor and the transferee, or if the transfer is without consideration, it is based on the value in the last financial statements of the share. The board must inform the shareholders of the transfer within two weeks from the transfer notification, similar to the issuance of a meeting notice. The information must include the redemption price and the deadline for submitting redemption claims.
