Land by river shore for a village

Currently, the development of a local plan is underway, which is planned to be completed in 2025. By the end of 2026, communications (electricity, centralized water and sewage) and street paving projects will be developed. In turn, construction will be carried out during 2027, after which it will be possible to begin building these plots with private houses.

The village is located in a picturesque area surrounded by forests with access to the Gauja River, only 8 km from the center of Ādaži, which can be reached using a newly built, high-quality road. Plots of land with an area of ​​​​2500 to 7000 square meters can be available in this village, providing a wide range of choices.

Each plot will have a 20A electricity connection, centralized water and sewage connection.
