The first floor of the building houses the living space of an artist family - the first floor section has been renovated and improved. A spacious living area combining kitchen, lounge, and living room, a large bedroom, and amenities. Environmentally friendly materials were used in the house renovation and interior finishing, old wooden floors were restored, the stove was renovated, and two fireplace stoves were added for additional heating. The manor can be lived in during all seasons.
