New summer house in the Veijarivuori summer cot...

Villa Laru 122, a new summer house in the area of Veijarivuori has been completed in late June 2025.

The cottage was built between 2024-2025 by a construction company on site. The cottage is entirely on top of a uniform rock.

The area of the cottage is 14m2, in addition two (1m2) locked storerooms that can be used as toilets/storage/for storing firewood. On the south side of the cottage there is a terrace of 12m2, of which half the horizontal rock surface and half the wooden terrace abutting the rock surface.

Storage stove in the cabin. The windows and stove in the cabin are arranged so that the kitchen and sofa can be located in two different ways.You can build a storage loft level for things in the cabin.

The windows of the cabin are placed on the south and west walls, the luminosity maximized.

The cottage is insulated with urethane, for the roof, the lower slope of the walls, suitable for year-round use.

Under the cabin can be stored 3 kayaks, bicycles can be stored next to the north wall of the cabin.

There is a summer water point in the corner of the cottage's control area.

On the south and west side of the cottage there is space for seating boxes, a yard swing, etc.

Shared use includes a beach sauna with showers, the possibility of booking private ships.Toilets and a waste station are also available.

In the vicinity of the cottage is the Paseo restaurant and the Paseo sauna.

It is easy to get to the cottage, by metro, bus, bike.

The owner of the summer cottage must be a resident of Helsinki.

The summer houses are located on a rented plot of the City of Helsinki. The current lease for the area is valid until the end of v.2032.

Land rent, maintenance fee, waste fee is a total of 575 euros/year.
