Former village school — renovated log house and its own quiet courtyard near Porvoo

Built in 1911, this log house is a piece of history -- a former village school with a heart still beating. The interior has been completely renovated, and a new sauna building with a main room, municipal water and a large terrace has been completed in 2024 in the courtyard.

The property currently serves as a year-round home. Pipes for water and sewerage have been drawn under the main building, so the connection to the operation is easy. The use of leisure time is immediately successful — outside the base of the summer kitchen there is a sink point with municipal water and drainage, which makes everyday life easier. A big yard lives with the seasons.
