Log villa on forest farm in Saimaa

Built for year-round use in 2005, Kontio's 74 m2 log villa looks out over the famous Savonselä, where a deep waterway runs close by. In addition to the living kitchen, the well-equipped villa has two bedrooms and a spacious loft. The kitchen is equipped in a timely manner. There is underfloor heating in the vestibule, toilet and washing rooms. The large storage Nunnauoven fireplace oven heats even the entire building. The wood-burning sauna provides pleasant vapors.

In the courtyard there are grassland, municipality and natural rocks and rock. The terrain is gently rolling and there are also large stones in the yard.
