This house, built exactly 25 years ago, is located in a district just outside Medulin near Pula. The location is excellent: it is just over 100 m to the sea, approx. 300 m to beaches — i.e. everything on the doorstep. Also to shops, restaurants and cafes — everything here in the village is within walking distance. There is also a private marina here in the village — ideal for boat owners! And it is only a few kilometers to drive to Pula or Medulin in the city center.

Absolute peace is guaranteed here, there is no traffic — and the particularly beautiful thing about this house: It's in its own park, so to speak, everything is green, with a few old pines, cypresses, olive trees, fig trees — a magnificent collection of old trees. And in the garden, just like in a park, there is plenty of art decor — a lovely quiet place to simply unwind and relax. One thing is certain: There is no pool here, but there is more than enough space to build your own pool!

The house was built on three floors and impresses in the living area on the ground floor and upper floor with its roof height and the resulting open space. There is also an open fireplace in the living room — with views of the garden and access to the covered terrace. Even the kitchen is open upstairs, without a ceiling. Two bedrooms with bath/WC, one of them with a balcony, and the entrance area complete the ground floor.

On the upper floor, there is a special office corner with an overview of the entire basement. A large bedroom with private living area and balcony, as well as another small bathroom.
