Located in Mankkaa, Espoo, the terraced house offers functional spaces for a wide variety of everyday life. The actual living area is 115.5 m² and in addition there is about 41 m² of warm space on the ground floor.

The living room is spacious and bright and has a high sloping ceiling. From the living room, access to the gated west-facing backyard of the apartment, whose terrace has been renovated in 2024.
