The cottage's terrace has been expanded, and the old terrace boards have been sanded. The intention is to protect the terrace with terrace oil. Roofs have been maintained/cleaned at least twice a year, and roofing screws have been tightened or replaced if loosened. Windows have been inspected and serviced annually as needed. |
