We also partner with the Thai Phuket Real Estate Association (P-REA). We work with developers directly, which helps us negotiate personal terms for our clients. Our help costs buyers nothing. If you choose a new build, you pay the same price as buying straight from the developer. If you fly in, we’ll meet you at the airport and show you around. If you can’t travel yet, we’ll view the properties for you: about half of our international clients have bought without coming to Thailand. Either way, we see the deal through to the keys and stay in touch afterwards.
