I'm Your sales representative when you are planning of selling or buying an apartment or a property in Helsinki metropolitan area.

Even though I’m rather new in working in sales agency function, I have 15 years of experience from the property market in Finland and England. In my role as a portfolio manager, I’ve sold hundreds of apartments in Finland – from Helsinki to Rovaniemi. My duties have also included for example property valuation, market analysis, investment analysis, and price and rent setting.

Additionally, I served 3 terms (2017-22) as a deputy board member of the SKAY – Finnish Association for Real Estate Valuers; taught part-time real estate economics, valuation and quantitative methods at the Aalto University; did academic research on apartment price setting and commercial real estate markets; completed few consultancy projects for UK and Saudi-Arabian companies; and was a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) member 2015-24.

I grew up more than 100 km North of the Arctic Circle. Later I’ve been living and working in Ireland (Dublin 6 Limerick), England (London) and in various towns in Finland. Most of my work places have been multi-cultured. As an ex-teacher, duty manager, customer service agent and festival organiser I cope with all sorts of people and customers.
