Atmospheric home in the middle of nature

The heart of the house is the living room, where the fireplace in Tulikivi brings warmth and atmosphere — the air heat pump also adds to the comfort of everyday life. In addition to the kitchen and two bedrooms, the home has a fireplace room with a second fireplace and a washing machine connection — the space easily bends even into a utility corner. Sauna and bathroom complete the ensemble.

The courtyard is beautiful and wooded, with berries and raspberries. Courtyard buildings can be found, but they are in poor condition. The house has municipal engineering.

The location offers both natural tranquility and good recreational opportunities: the services of the center are easily accessible, the ski trails start close to the house and the Karemajji is only about 3 km away. The slopes of Aavasaksa are close by, about 15min by car, as are the services of Matareng in Sweden!
