Hidden oasis in the Sipoo archipelago — almost two hectares on a pier

Welcome to Söderkullalandet, the sheltered heart of the Sipoo archipelago! This nearly two-acre property consists of two spaces and offers a great setting for leisure or year-round use. Nature is part of everyday life — grass, rock, field and meadow alternate on the plot.

The main house was originally built as a detached house in 1937 and has operated for the past few years for leisure use, with basic warmth in winter. In addition, on top of the hill there is an atmospheric little cottage with its own terraces as well as a storage room and houses.

In addition to accommodation and lounge areas, the sauna building offers a wooden sauna, a washroom with showers, a changing room, a storage room, a workshop space and an outhouse. Both cottages have water and sewerage — there are no indoor toilets, but there are two outhouses on the property.

The old barn creates a wonderful setting for a party or a summer evening atmosphere. Water comes from a ring well, suitable as washing water, drinking water is brought from the mainland.
