Omakotitalojen hintakehityksessä on huimia eroja. Kauppa käy yllättävänkin pirteänä myös koronan keskellä. Suomessa eletään koronapandemian sulkemaa elämää, mutta kaikkialla ei ole kuollutta. Esime...rkiksi Perämeren rannalla Raahessa omakotitalojen kauppa käy yllättävänkin vilkkaana. Kun suomalaisten elämä keskittyy kotiin, kodinvaihdosta haaveillaan, ja koteja rempataan ja sisustetaan nyt innolla. Ilmiö näkyy asuntoilmoitusten kävijämäärien runsaana kasvuna. Koteja katsellaan kotisohvilta. – Ihmisillä on ollut aikaa keskittyä kodin hankintaa tai uudistamiseen. Raahessa viime vuosikin oli asuntokaupassa hyvä, ja alkuvuonna ennen koronaa olimme 64 prosentin kasvussa, myyntipäällikkö Pia Bergström Habitasta kertoo. Omakotitalo on yhä monien unelma. Vanhojen asuntojen kaupoista neljäsosa on yhä omakotitaloja, mikä kertoo asumismuodon suosiosta kaupungistumiskehityksestä huolimatta. Raahessa koronatartuntoja on ollut vähän. Yleisnäyttöjä ei silti pidetä myyntikohteissa, mutta yksityisillä ihmiset käyvät vilkkaasti. – Ne ovat lisääntyneet, ja mukavasti meitä työllistävät. Pelkäsimme että korona hiljentää huhtikuun ja mietimme kesälomien pitämistä toukokuussa. Nyt näyttää siltä, että huhtikuussa myynti pysyy normaalilla tasolla ja toukokuullekin on saatu jo hyvin kauppoja.
