POREC – House with Seaview & Pool

Built in 2017, this house was built by the owner, a native of Tyrol, who has a background in the construction industry. This is evident in the fact that the house still looks brand new – the garden is impeccably maintained, and the layout is thoughtfully designed.

The location is truly exceptional: just 2-3 km from the beaches and the town centers of Porec and Funtana, this property, situated on the hillside in a small residential area, overlooks the beautiful Istrian landscape with its olive groves and vineyards. In this tranquil setting, far removed from the tourist crowds, you can also enjoy the panoramic sea views!

The house is divided into two nearly identical apartments, each with a separate entrance. The front section boasts a large covered terrace with sea views – the true living room of the house. The rear section features a pool with a covered terrace and sea views.

The house is located at the front. Both units have three floors: the ground floor features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/toilet. Ample storage space, such as a wine cooler, is provided under the stairs. Upstairs, you'll find a kitchen/dining room/living room with access to the covered terraces. From there, you can climb to the finished, open attic – currently furnished as an additional living room, which could easily be converted into a third bedroom.

The entire interior is truly exquisite: kitchen, living room, etc. – all custom-made by a cabinetmaker. There's an abundance of wood, stone, and ceramic, along with plenty of metal on the staircases and garden railings – absolutely top-notch. Beautiful, large wood-burning stoves from Tyrol create a wonderfully comfortable living environment. Each unit also has four air conditioning units, which can be used for heating.
