A log house on the island and mainland to be built

A permanent or vacation home on its own island, accessible year-round via a footbridge from the mainland. On the mainland side, there is a two-car garage and utility building.

The house is built from planed logs and features a combined living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a study, a utility room, a bathroom, a sauna, and a separate toilet. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a toilet seat.

Heating is provided by electric radiators and additionally a large soapstone stove with a baking oven. The island has its own well, black water is directed to a sealed tank, and grey water is treated with a factory-made filtration system.

On the island, there is a separate sauna building with a small cottage, a mini-kitchen, a heat-retaining soapstone stove, and a loft. Additionally, there is a utility building, a storage building, a root cellar, and a woodshed.

The naturally scenic plot features, in addition to common native tree species, junipers, deciduous and spruce pines, as well as black and mountain pines.
