Habita International Real Estates Ltd is a Finnish international real estate agency. There are currently offices in 30 countries and more than 350 employees. We are now looking for franchise entrepreneurs to Cyprus.

What we expect from you

The most important thing is that you are ready to establish your own Habita office in Cyprus. You can be either a beginner or a real estate expert, what matter is that you have an entrepreneurial spirit and being an entrepreneur is something you wish to be. A good Habita franchisee is a person with teamwork skills, result orientation, customer focus, trust, openness and a good sense of humor. Your main tasks would be to recruit brokers, develop and manage the Cyprus office and act as a real estate agent for local and international clients.
